Insights

It's surprising how often we're not really sure of the problem, or we think we know the solution already. It takes an external perspective to figure it out. Having worked in many industries and with many different corporate cultures, we’ve become pretty good at helping you discover what’s really going on in your company. What makes the company great? What are the real values of the people who work there? How can they build on the best to get to an ideal future? To answer some of these questions, the insight gathering experience might look like:

  • Day-long observations
  • Focus groups with your employees (based on Appreciative Inquiry)
  • One-to-one interviews with stakeholders
  • Survey question design (particularly in the employee engagement field)
  • Development of 'observable-behaviour' competency frameworks


At the end of the insights stage you will have a full report on our observations, analysed data from interviews/focus groups (what your people have said) and a set of suggestions for next steps. We’ll meet with you to present and discuss these to give you comprehensive understanding.
